José Miguel Hernández Gómez

José Miguel Hernández Gómez grew up in Gran Canaria until the age of eighteen, when he moved to Madrid to study. He holds a degree in Social Psychology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and has worked with people with Down syndrome, as well as managing social media for a psychology practice.

At twelve he joined a scout group, where he began exploring life in small communities and the dynamics of teamwork. That experience sparked his interest in different social and environmental realities. He continues to be involved in scouting today, with a focus on sexuality and equality in education.

Voy a ser el último is his first novel, inspired by real events.
